Working Location & Time: East, 5 Working Days Per Week

Current Openings

Position 1: Retail Store Manager 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

• Lead, motivate, and train the Retail Sales Assistants to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and daily reporting to upper management.

• Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and company guidelines.

• Assist in Stock in, restocking shelves, conducting inventory checks, and maintaining a clean and organised store floor.

• Achieve personal and store-wide sales targets.

 

 Education & Experience Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the retail industry, with at least 1 to 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Position 2: Retail Sales Executive

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with fittings/selections.

• Process transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.

• Assist in Stock in, restocking shelves, conducting inventory checks, and maintaining a clean and organised store floor.

• Achieve personal and store-wide sales targets.

 

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent. Fresh graduates and school leavers are highly encouraged to apply!

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of retail or customer service experience is preferred, but training will be provided for beginners.

• Friendly, approachable, and highly energetic personality.

• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
